One to One Coaching
Personal coaching with me is tailored to your goals, takes into account your exercise likes and dislikes, and uses the most appropriate training methods to help you to achieve these goals and be fit and healthy for life. My coaching skills draw on my extensive qualifications in personal training, yoga and life coaching.
The process begins with a free consultation where we discuss how we can work together to achieve your goals.
Coaching sessions last 50-55 minutes, in person in Whanau Training studio in Badalona. You can choose whether you'd like me to train you once, twice or three times a week. Training with me also includes a one or two day training programme for if you’d like to train alone once or twice per week.
Personal coaching with me is more than just exercising with me! I am a Coach, with over nine years of experience, who is here to help you achieve your goals and enjoy the process of getting there, not simply a Trainer who cares only about making you sweaty and sore. Less is more and we will work together to implement tiny changes realistically and sustainably.
Obesity & Diabetes Trainer, Exercise Referral Specialist
I am an Advanced Level 4 Personal Trainer (Obesity and Diabetes) and Exercise Referral Specialist, which allows me to work with people who suffer obesity, diabetes, and certain medical conditions. Exercise helped me to become fit and healthy after being seriously ill, so I have a special interest and empathy in helping people with an illness.
Pre and Postnatal Trainer
Having gained further knowledge to train women throughout the pre and postnatal periods, I am able to safely, empathetically and gently work with women who wish to train during their pregnancy. I am fully qualified with a Level 3 Award in Supporting Pre and Postnatal Clients with Exercise and Nutrition.
Spartan SGX Coach & DEKA Coach
I am a Spartan SGX Coach, Spartan Obstacle Specialist and DEKA coach. If you’d like me to help you prepare for an upcoming Spartan or DEKA then please get in touch!
Nutritional Analysis
Good nutrition is essential to support your body through exercise and with a healthy and happy life. The nutritional analysis involves you keeping a food diary for a week. I will then analyse your current diet and help you to set short, medium and long term goals to assist you in making healthy and sustainable changes to your eating habits. We will meet for a 60 minute consultation where we discuss these changes and learn about the basics of nutrition such as calorie intake, macronutrients and micronutrients. You will leave the consultation with a personalised nutrition ebook to set you on your way. You will not be forced to follow a strict and boring nutrition plan. Instead, I will teach you how to make healthy choices which suit your budget, schedule and taste buds for a sustainable new way of eating.
