Main Personal Training Qualifications

It is really important to know that the personal trainer and coach you are going to be working with is fully qualified to help you to reach your goals. I am highly qualified, however I am not just a personal trainer, I am a coach and mentor. I can coach, encourage, support and motivate you to your goals, rather than just prescribe you exercises to make you sweaty.

I am always studying and it is my mission to continue lifelong learning so I can help my clients to achieve their goals and conquer life's obstacles.
