I’m one of those people who “tried everything” to get fit and healthy. Gym memberships I paid a fortune for and never used, diets I didn’t stick to, resolutions to “get up early and run” that never became reality. All that changed when I started training with Jude. She gave me a science-backed fitness programme that started where I was (about 15 Km behind the starting line) and one where I actually started seeing results. Not right away, but soon enough to keep me motivated. No more spinning my wheels!
Workouts with Jude are lots of fun, you almost forget you’re working hard (almost!). She pushes and challenges you but always makes sure you’re not overtrained. She’s never ever judgy or makes you feel bad if you’re not ready for an exercise yet. But if you, like me, have a seemingly unreachable goal (like a chin up for me) she’ll make a plan to get you there.
I started off with Jude just wanting to get to a healthy weight and not feel like I was going to have a coronary running to catch the bus. What I got was a 20kg weight loss (so far), improved mobility (especially in hips), a 60 kg deadlift, the ability to do seemingly endless pushups, my best ever cardio fitness, and feeling like a total badass. I feel like my journey is just beginning and who knows what I can achieve or what my limits are?
In the end it’s up to you. You do the work. Jude takes all the guesswork out of it so you can be absolutely sure that the effort you’re putting in is actually getting you closer to your goals, instead of going nowhere. And meanwhile, you have a good time!

I came to Jude for help and it was the best thing I’ve ever done. I used to hate how I looked & wonder why I never looked any better after countless "fat burning" classes.
Before starting with Jude I'd never entered the weights area of any gym, now I never leave! She taught me so many things I'd never have tried out alone. Every session we had together I felt at ease & always walked away having learnt something new. She is very friendly and easy to get along with, which helps a lot! If I had any questions she was just a quick message away, and even on bad days she would always reassure me not to give up. Even now since Jude has started her new adventure in Barcelona, I’ve still got a new fitness friend that keeps in touch.

Be it in Barcelona, Badalona or in Germany, I have had the opportunity to train with Jude in all of these places and it has been nothing short of an amazing experience and journey. I joined Jude's class with a capacity of doing 1h 2mins for a 10K. With her training, guidance and dietary instructions and inputs I have been able to push myself to a 1h 52m Half marathon. This was a goal I had, and Jude has above everyone been the one person who has helped me achieve it.
She is such a nice and kind person to work with and to exchange ideas. She is very open to opinions and will always give an advise that works according to a person's needs, requirements and capacity.
The complete experience, and it doesn't cost a fortune. Definitely worth your Euros/Dollars!

I came to Jude with a nearly impossible task to qualify for a weight target for IVF because I had a tight time frame. If it wasn't for her and her knowledge I wouldn't have made my target and could still be trying to achieve it. We made the target and I qualified for IVF, which I am currently 31 weeks pregnant with my first cycle. I put my positive response to treatment down to the fact I was at my best fitness. Jude was amazing and taught me so much, I love the free weights area and can't wait to get back into it. She was always so positive and motivating. Out with my other aim I also loved how my body was changing, and I wasn't having to slog it hard at cardio!! I am gutted, for selfish reasons, that she has relocated as I may need a refresher after my baby girl is born!! Good luck Jude!

Jude has been amazing with myself and all my health complications and helping to point me in the right direction for classes and using equipment in the gym. When it came to doing a program with Jude she took in what my aims and goals were and also what my body would allow me to do, but she has an amazing knowledge of injuries in a fitness way and how to help you keep on track. She pushes to get the best results but is also an amazing person who will go out of her way to help as she did with me and most likely many others. I still do her program to this day in the gym and getting little bit more confident with this. I would whole heartedly recommended Jude and a fitness coach you will most definitely see results along the way.

I’ll be honest and say that Jude’s online classes were undoubtedly one of the most important factors in helping me deal with high levels of anxiety during lockdown. Her unwavering motivation and positivity were an inspiration day after day and the result was that I came out of it quite a bit fitter and educated on the technical aspects of working out than when I went in.

I have been a client of Jude's for a few years now, and I can truly say that she is my life line to healthier and stronger me as I head into my mid-forties. I believe you can watch all the fancy looking workouts on Instagram you want, but there is nothing better than having Jude as a trainer, who knows you personally, knows where your weaknesses and strengths are, and listens to what you personally want to achieve at the start of a new programme, and will help you make that happen.
Jude has been giving me personalised strength training programmes to support my marathon training, each time adapting progressive programmes to fit in with my lifestyle, family, job etc, while also achieving the aims I have for each season. For my recent marathon training, Jude analysed my diet to enable me remain healthy and well fuelled in the months leading up to race day.
I keep returning to Jude, as she's a great teacher, she has taught me how to lift weights I've never been able to lift in my life! In one to one sessions, she has a careful eye to ensure you are doing the movements safely. She's incredibly encouraging, and I always leave the sessions feeling more empowered because of her. She stays in regular contact if you have questions about technique, videos to check form etc. Finally, before I started training with Jude, I usually had some pains, shin splints, etc in my running, but since I've started her strength training programmes, I haven't been injured once, nor have I suffered any niggles/pains in my last 2 marathon seasons. And I've become a much stronger hiker!
I highly recommend Jude as a coach for whatever your exercise needs are, because, while she will work at your pace regarding your life in that moment, she will not let you slack off, you have to put the work in. You have accountability with Jude.

Jude is GOOD. Of course I am biased - I am her Mum!
It is true though. I’ve had a few personal trainers over the years, who I thought were ok, but she knocks spots off them. With hindsight it’s clear most of them were going through the motions and working to a formula, neither of which Jude does.
Jude is bothered about what she does, takes time to assess my needs and personalises the program to take into account all my abilities and circumstances.
She knows when she can push me that bit further and when to hold off because I’m a bit under the weather or somewhat stressed.
Over the last two years I have increased in strength, flexibility and general fitness as well as losing a little bit of excess weight.
I’m about to be seventy so I would encourage anyone to give Jude a try and say don’t let age get in your way.

Jude is the best person to motivate you, if you don't like to train indoor you should try Jude, she is lovely and an amazing professional :) Training on the beach is incredible, with the sound of the sea everything is better.
Since I started with Jude I run couple of obstacle races, something that I have never imagined before I met Jude, she is always there to support you. In life you have to try different things, and for sure, train with her is one of them.

What do I think about Jude Murray Fitness Coach? She's approachable, encouraging, knowledgeable, a top listener and funny! Jude pushed me session after session, building my confidence in the weights area. Jude responded quickly to my queries and was flexible in my sessions due to knee problems. I was sad that my journey with Jude had to come to an end, but I have gained a fitness friend for life - Jude has remained in touch and I look forward to visiting Barcelona for a follow up session! I took part in an interactive 20 Day Winter Fitness programme ran by Jude and PB:Training.
Each day's workout was released a day prior with videos showing different difficulties - being inclusive of all different fitness levels. Communication was encouraged in either a group or one on one with the fitness coach.
Jude FitCoach also checked in with me personally on a regular basis to see how I was getting on, and if there were any areas I was unsure of.
I'd highly recommend Jude FitCoach for anyone looking to get fit!
